Managing and servicing more than 40,000 accounts
The loans and receivables department maintains management and financial oversight of the billing and servicing of student accounts as well as the administration and collection of the University’s student loans, parental loans, and the faculty and staff mortgage loan program. We also have the collection responsibility for the University’s rental housing program and medical benefits billing.
