To use eShipGlobal, you must have a NetID and a University credit card. eShipGlobal is available through the Prime Marketplace. Once in the Marketplace, select “eShipGlobal” to access the module. The first time you use it, you will need to complete a one-time update to your shipping profile and input credit card information.
Quick-start instructions can be found in the Quick Reference Guide.
Reconciling Shipment Expenses
All shipments produced using eShipGlobal are charged to a University issued credit card and automatically loaded into Concur. Please note that some carrier fees are not charged until the shipment has been delivered, which may delay availability of the charges in Concur for up to 7-10 days after shipment.
To review your expenses, follow the instructions in the eShip Transaction Review Guide.
