The University Copier Program provides new, multifunctional copiers that print, color copy, scan, and fax at a low cost to departments. These multifunctional devices have a small physical footprint, consume less energy than alternative options, and are less costly than printing to a local desktop or network printer.
Note that these devices are for departmental use only and should not be ordered for personal use.

Sustainability
Support University sustainability efforts by using the multifunctional copiers in place of desktop or network printers where possible. Desktop and network printers that are no longer needed can be sent to the University Resource Recovery Program.
Toner Recycling
Canon toner cartridges are 100% recyclable and can be placed in your regular office recycling. A special recycling process is only needed for Canon Waste Toner containers.
When the copier indicates that the waste toner container is full, please remove it and replace it. Always have a new, empty waste toner container on hand. These can be ordered from Canon directly. Place a service call to Canon and request that the waste toner bottle be picked up. Once received by Canon's facility, Canon assumes the responsibility and cost for recycling to keep toner containers from going into landfills.
