This form is intended for use by inactive and former personnel and students who no longer have access to HR Self Service and TigerHub. If you require a W-2 from 2022 and beyond, you can register with ADP using these step-by-step instructions. You will need your nine-digit PUID number to log in to ADP. For 2021 and prior or to request your PUID number, submit the Request for Duplicate W-2 form (below).

Active University Personnel can access W2s from tax year 2021 and prior via HR Self Service: 
select the Payroll tile, and choose "View W2/W-2c/1042 Forms." 

Active Students can access W2s from tax year 2021 and prior via TigerHub. 

For tax years 2022 and beyond, W-2s are available directly from ADP. When logged in to HR Self Service or TigerHub, active university personnel and students will be redirected to ADP where they can view, download, or print the W-2.
