Important Information

If a check made to pay a supplier or person is lost or stolen, here’s how to request a replacement check.

Step-by-Step

  • 1

    Contact the Financial Service Center and describe the situation.

  • 2

    If the check has not been cashed, a stop payment will be placed and a replacement check mailed to you or the supplier within ten business days.

  • 3

    If the check has been cashed, accounts payable will email or send you a copy of the cashed check.
