What You Should Know

Customize Report Name and Description

You can change the report name and add a description so you can easily recognize the different report versions in your My Folders tab.

Save Report Prompts & Parameters

Report prompts allow you to specify selection criteria that determine what information is included in the report. These prompts may be optional or required. The orange asterisk indicates a prompt is required.

You can save the prompts for a frequently run report such that when you run the report, the parameters would already be selected.

Note: This feature is available only if the report is saved/copied into the My Folders tab.

Save Report Results

One of the benefits of the financial reports is that you see the most current, real-time results every time you run a report. However, you may occasionally want to save report results at a given point in time (create a report snapshot). The "Keep this version" link in the report results page allows you to save the report results.

Note: This feature is available only if the report is saved/copied into the My Folders tab.

Email Report Results

You can distribute reports to others to share information. If you want to send the report snapshot to another user, you can email the report results via an attachment or URL link.

Schedule Reports

You can save report prompts (report parameters) and schedule the report to run at a particular time, for a set frequency, and for a specified format. Saved and scheduled reports are stored in the My Folders tab.
