View Documents on Reports

What You Should Know

The document link icon will appear on reports regardless of whether a document is available to view in OnBase or not. Clicking the icon when there are no documents available will result in an error message. To determine if a real issue exists with an image, or if there is just no image available, see the steps below.

Standard "Documents Not Found" Message

When you click the image icon, if the text "No documents were found" appears, this means there is no image related to the report available to view in OnBase. 

There could be several reasons for this:

  • OnBase imports documents from Prime Financials overnight, so attachments that were added that day will not appear until the following calendar day.
  • The documents may not have been added to the transaction.
  • For Concur transactions, if the dollar threshold for requiring receipts is not met, there may not be any documents to view.

If any text other than "No documents were found" appears, this is an error, and should be reported to the Financial Service Center.  Examples are below:
