Who is an Expense Delegate?
An Expense Delegate is an individual who prepares travel and expense reports on behalf of others in Concur. Delegates are assigned by the user, and allows another person access to their expense reports to support preparation.
What can an Expense Delegate do?
An Expense Delegate is assigned by the Traveler, and may also be the Arranger. They can create expense reports on behalf of the Traveler.
What systems will an Expense Delegate have access to?
An Expense Delegate will have access to Concur.
