Tuition & Student Billing Basics

LAST UPDATED: February 18, 2011

What You Should Know

Princeton bills student tuition and essential fees on a term basis. Incidental purchases on campus may be charged to the student account and are billed monthly. Princeton issues electronic billing statements using our TigerPay system.

For undergraduate students and their parents, in addition to the option of paying tuition and fees on a semester basis, Princeton provides two parental loan programs: the Monthly Payment Plan, a 12‐month installment plan payable during the academic year; and the Princeton Parent Loan, a long‐term loan program for qualified borrowers.
