Sponsored Research Accounting partners with Princeton’s grants community in the financial stewardship of sponsored research funds awarded to the University to ensure compliance. SRA:

• Manages the accounting, billing, and financial reporting of sponsored research expenditures throughout the life of awards.
• Provides guidance on post-award compliance topics including cost allowability, effort certification, cost share, program income, and other related topics. 
• Strives for excellence in supporting our campus partners, monitoring research expenditures for financial compliance, and safeguarding the University’s reputation as one of the world’s leading research institutions.
