Time & Absence Management

Time and Absence Management replaces the Time Collection System (TCS) and is now integrated with Princeton’s existing Absence Management functionality.  Time clocks have been replaced with models that send time directly to PeopleSoft.

This updated technology makes time and absence tracking user friendly and more adaptable to changes like the New Jersey Paid Sick Leave Act.

Staff members and students will be impacted in several different ways:

Monthly-paid employees
  • Small changes to entering time off using Absence Management
  • Some employees being given access to Absence Management for the first time

  • New time entry screens
  • Improved reporting
  • No changes to biweekly payroll deadlines
Absence Administrators
