Navigate to Team Content > University Financials - Prime > Prime Financial Information Warehouse > Prime Financial Information Warehouse.

The Prime Financial IW is available 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

The Prime Financial IW is updated every morning, except Sunday. For more details, please check the status section of the Prime Financial IW landing page.

When you are not on the Princeton network, you must login using Secure Remote Access (VPN). For more details, please contact the OIT Support and Operations Center at (609) 258-HELP.

Google Chrome is the preferred web browser for the Prime Financial IW.  Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox,  and Safari are supported browsers as well, however drill links on PDF output are supported on IE only. Microsoft Edge is not a supported browser. For Mac users, Safari and Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers. 

Select Team Content from the left navigation bar, navigate to and select: University Financials > Project Grant or Labor Accounting > Reports folder.

Contact the Financial Service Center by email. Please include a screenshot or report output and a detailed description of the issue.

Select the Play button on the report output and select the “Reset prompts and run” option.

The document link icon will appear on reports regardless of whether a document is available to view in OnBase or not. Selecting the icon when there are no documents available will result in an error message. To determine if a real issue exists with an image, or if there is just no image available, see the steps below.

Standard "Documents Not Found" Message

When you select the image icon, if the text "No documents were found" appears, this means there is no image related to the report available to view in OnBase.
