Chart of Accounts (also called “COA” or “chart”)
The COA is the backbone of every financial transaction at Princeton. These transactions are created in our financial systems and identify all transactions in financial terms. It is important to understand how the COA is used and works. Prime Financial Systems Access
The main financial systems that we use are Prime Financials, Concur, and the Information Warehouse (Financial Reports). As a central access point to these systems, navigate to the Prime Portal.
Requesting Access to Systems
To request access to a specific financial system or to update your access profile, use the Prime Access Request Form (Prime Financials, Information Warehouse) or Labor Accounting Access Request Form (Labor Accounting).
Finance & Treasury Training
For specific training on various financial topics, including all course materials, visit the dedicated training section of this website. Register for trainings offered in the Employee Learning Center.

Finance & Treasury Assistance
Financial Service Center (FSC): Handles general inquiries and provides process and policy support for F&T related information (walk-in, phone, email). Obtain F&T assistance by filling out the Finance Inquiry Form or by calling or emailing 609-258-3080; [email protected].
