The Risk Management Department works with Departments across the campus to help in the event of a loss or claim. We regularly handle situations involving:
- damaged or stolen property
- injured students, employees and guests
- Princeton University vehicles and drivers, including golf carts and rental cars
- And many others
We will work with you to bring you back to the same financial state you were prior to the loss. As an example, if your cell phone is damaged due to an action of the University, we may reimburse you for the cost to repair the phone. If the damage cannot be repaired, we may reimburse you for the cost to purchase the same model of phone, but not the upgraded version.
